Cancellation and refund are different
Cancellation stops future renewals under the terms of an active subscription. A refund concerns money already charged. There is no active web subscription to cancel here; approved terms and working cancellation controls must be in place before sales begin.
A charge or billing concern
Email info@riyada.me with the date, amount, purchase channel and order or payment reference if available. Do not send a full card number, CVV or password. Eligibility, remedies and processing times depend on the purchase and applicable law; no unapproved seven-day goodwill offer is in effect.
Apple and payment processors
For Apple-billed purchases, use Apple’s subscription management and refund process. A payment processor’s technical refund process is separate from Riyada’s obligations to customers. Statutory rights remain applicable.
